Crumbl Cookie Campaign

This mock campaign was developed to boost customer engagement by encouraging downloads of the Crumbl App. The campaign includes a cohesive set of promotional materials: a branded email newsletter, three Instagram carousel posts, and two Instagram Story posts. The newsletter serves as the centerpiece, targeting Crumbl’s most loyal customers—specifically those subscribed to the weekly newsletter—who are most likely to be interested in the app’s rewards program. A key challenge in this project was designing a newsletter that remained both visually appealing and easy to read. The initial drafts were prone to overcrowded layouts, which made visual balance a priority. Through multiple iterations, the final design achieved a clean, spacious look that still captured attention and effectively communicated the message. This campaign provided valuable insights into creating concise, informative marketing copy that holds the reader’s attention in a fast-scrolling digital environment. It also highlighted the importance of visual hierarchy and strategic use of whitespace to enhance readability and guide user focus. Additionally, the campaign emphasized the value of audience awareness by aligning all creative elements with Crumbl’s tone, values, and brand identity. Research into Crumbl’s target audience and brand personality informed every aspect of this campaign. Understanding the brand’s playful, modern image helped shape the visual and written content, ensuring each piece resonated with the intended audience while staying true to Crumbl’s identity.
